We hope you are pleased with your items and never have to return them. But if there is a problem, we will rectify it. Remember to notify the shipper immediately of damaged items and make a claim.
Please e-mail us when you have a problem so we can attempt to reconcile it and refund your money if we can't make you happy by replacing the item.
Credit will be issued, for any item returned, in the same manner you purchased
(i.e. credit card, check).
Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns.
Shipping/Handling fees are not refundable.
There is a restocking charge for each returned item. The restocking charge is 25% of the item price or $10.00 per item; whichever is less.
