SDL01 Springdale Butterfly House. Based on a beautiful Victorian home in Pacific Grove, CA, this home is surrounded by the Monarch butterflies that return each year to spend the winter.

SDL02 Springsdale Wedding Chapel is based on a church located near Grand Rapids, MI. Its most prominent detail, the tall spire atop the entrance tower, can be seen from Lake Michigan on a clear day.

SDL03 Springsdale Boarding House is based on a Gothic Revival cottage, built in 1872, located in Cape May, NJ. The second owner named the cottage after his daughter, Linda Lee.

SDL04 Springsdale Florist and Gift. Springsdale beautiful Victorian Florist and Gift Shoppe is based on a Victorian in Malone, NY. This is a fine example of the architectural styles built during 1837 to 1901.

SDL07 Springsdale 1904 Classic Car

SDL08 Springsdale Gazebo is based on a gazebo found in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.

SDL09 Springsdale Lighthouse is based on Edgartown Light in Martha's Vineyard.  It is a beacon for all to admire.

SDL10 Springsdale Carousel is based on a carousel in Chicago's Navy Pier, this merry ride's melodious songs can be heard throughout the streets of Springsdale.  These festive sounds invite both young and old to enjoy a day of fun and recreation at the local amusement park.

SDL11 Springsdale Main Street is based on The Ritchie Block, a masonic lodge erected in St. Helena, California in 1892.  This is the place where Springsdale shoppers are found exchanging gardening tips in the flower shop and discussing the latest bestseller in the book store.

SDL13 Springsdale's 5 & 10 is based on Vidler's 5 & 10 in East Aurora, New York.  It all started in 1930, during the midst of the Great Depression, when Robert S.Vidler, Sr. opened his 5 & 10 in the quaint village of East Aurora.  Despite the nay-sayers who took bets that the store wouldn't last a year, the store survived and prospered!  Today this third generation family business still maintains the character and charm it always had and is now ten times the size of the original store!

SDL14, Springsdale School for Girls, Chestnutt House, Savannah, GA.   While strolling in Springsdale Park, you can hear music and song coming from Ms. Chestnutt's as she teaches the art of voice, elocution and piano.  All the young girls in town attend to become well-mannered and accomplished ladies.
