SEE04 Elephant Hotel, Margate, NJ. Erected in 1885, this unique building contains ten rooms, which thousands visit every year.

SEE05 Coffee Pot, Winston-Salem, NC. In 1858 Julius Mickey erected this 7'3" coffee pot sculpture to inform the public of his roofing, tin and stove business. It now symbolizes the hospitality of Winston-Salem.

SEE06 Space Needle, Seattle, WA. Built for the 1962 World's Fair, the Space Needle stands 605 feet tall and boasts a rotating restaurant at 500 foot level. The 43-second elevator ride to the 520 foot level gives a spectacular view of the surrounding area. Due to its unique shape and restaurant, the Space Needle has been a bold symbol of Seattle.

SEE07 Belle of Louisville, Port of Louisville, KY. The Belle of Louisville, built in 1914 as the "Idlewild," is the oldest and most authentic steamboat on the Mississippi River system. The Belle first operated as a ferry carrying passengers, freight, farm produce and even livestock. In the 1920s, she was an excursion boat and during World War II, she towed oil barges. In 1948, she resumed the excursion business and changed her name to "Avalon." In 1963, she became the "Belle of Louisville" and is now one of Louisville's most famous attractions.

SEE08 Water Tower, Chicago, IL. The historic Water Tower was designed by William W. Boyington and built in 1869. At that time it was one of the tallest buildings in America. The Water Tower was one of the few structures to survive the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.
